Jim Raftice oversees the underwriting, risk, account services and technical/deployment departments. His primary responsibility is to ensure that these areas are always performing optimally. He serves as the liaison for both internal departments and outside agents and partners. Additionally, he assists in the implementation of new products and continually works to improve e-onlinedata’s business processes.Prior to joining the e-onlinedata team in 2004, Raftice worked at Ford Motor Credit Company for seven years as an auditor and loss prevention supervisor in Maine and Florida. Upon returning to Maine, he became an underwriter for First Merchants Bancard Services (FMBS) and later served as vice president of underwriting at Vision Payment Solutions.Jim Raftice holds a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Southern Maine. He currently resides in Falmouth, Maine, with his wife and their three children.
 

As Senior Vice President of Information Technology, Jay leads the development of strategic information systems and oversees the organization's Information Technology, Compliance, Product Development and Project Management departments.Jay joined PowerPay in 2006 as Software Engineer leading the development of enterprise level systems for the collection and processing of merchant applications and risk mitigation. In 2010, Jay was promoted to Manager of Software Development and in 2012 he was promoted to Director of Information Technology and Compliance.Prior to PowerPay, Jay owned a software consulting business. Before owning his own business, he was a Software Developer at Measured Progress.Jay attended the University of New Hampshire, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Econometrics. He currently resides in Kittery, Maine.
 

Kevin Smith is the Vice President, Credit Services at e-onlinedata. Kevin oversees a team of 10 underwriters and 10 underwriting support representatives. Responsible for the overall direction of the department, Kevin manages all underwriting processes, policies, procedures, and productivity. Kevin works with all business development channels, affiliates, sales executives, and other PowerPay departments to ensure consistency and continuity within those relationships. Kevin is also responsible for identifying initiatives, projects or new products to improve the department workflow.Prior to joining the team, Kevin was working independently as a Senior Commercial/Residential Loan Consultant. He has 18 years of varied commercial/retail banking and financial institution experience, most recently for 5 years as a Senior Business Officer/VP with Gorham Savings Bank. Kevin also has previous international business experience while managing operations and consulting in Eastern Europe.Kevin attended Florida State University majoring in Finance and Accounting. He has a passion for the game of baseball, and enjoys skiing and playing golf. Kevin has three daughters.
 

Matt Welch is the director of technical services and oversees the 24/7 technical support team and contributes to company relations by acting as the agent liaison. His responsibilities include building and growing e-onlinedata’s support channels through implementing and training staff on new technologies, as well as monitoring inventory and call volume and handling all escalated technical issues.Prior to joining the team, Welch served as a manager and district inventory specialist at Wellby and CVS Drug Stores and as a real estate broker at Po-Go Realty.A graduate of the University of Maine, Orono, Welch earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He currently resides in Hollis, Maine, and has two children. In his free time, Welch serves as a coach for youth baseball, soccer and basketball.
 

Tricia Bride is director of merchant services at e-onlinedata. Tricia oversees all merchant account service activities, including customer service, new account creation and existing account maintenance. She is experienced in customer service, technical support, chargeback management and processing, sales support, interchange compliance, and MasterCard/Visa rules and regulations. Tricia began working for e-onlinedata as customer service manager in 2004.Prior to joining the team, Bride spent 16 years at Vermont-based Chittenden Trust Company. Chittenden named her assistant vice president in charge of merchant operations in 2001.Bride attended Emerson College and earned a bachelor’s degree in fine arts in 1998. She currently resides in Portland, Maine, with her fiancé and her two children.
 

Marci oversees a team of commerce specialists who collectively monitor more than 7,500 reseller relationships, new account creation and existing account maintenance. She is experienced in both the analytical and creative sides of marketing, developing and implementing a series of dashboards and reporting metrics to measure customer service, reseller relations and business development.Marci began working for e-onlinedata in VAR Marketing and Reseller Relations in 2007. Prior to PowerPay, Gagnon spent three years at Maine Based TGM, and four years at Cake Creative Group in Boston, MA.Marci attended College of New Rochelle earning a master’s degree in marketing, with a concentration in organizational communication. She currently resides in South Portland, Maine.Marci voulenteers at Youth Alternatives, a Portland based program assisting youth at risk.
 

Derek acts as Product Manager for e-onlinedata and brings over ten years of experience in all aspects of the processing industry. In his current role, Derek is responsible for research, development, implementation and management of many of our third-party vendor relationships. He also is a part of the Business Development Team, and lends his expertise to sales initiatives and potential strategic partnerships across all sales channels.Prior to joining the team , Cyr worked at First Merchants Bancard Services as a Lead Technician until 2002 when he then helped found Vision Payment Solutions. Presented with an opportunity to work again with Stephen Goodrich, Cyr became one of the founding members of PowerPay/e-onlinedata in 2003, and helped build the systems and strategies that are responsible for it's growth.Cyr attended the University of Southern Maine, with a major in Business. He resides in Portland, Maine with his fiancé and in his spare time he enjoys making music and anything Red Sox.
